• Before Design Approval:
  If you haven’t approved your design proof yet, we’re happy to make edits or adjustments before production begins.

• After Digitizing Has Started:
  If we have already started digitizing your design, a $10 fee will apply for any new design requests.

• After Design Approval / Production Start:
  Once you approve the design proof and your order enters production, no further changes or cancellations can be made.
